Serve In Ministry
Serving is how we reach out to the world. Ever wonder what your purpose is? Ever wondered how you can make a difference in the world around you? Serve others. Serve others and God will use you to do awesome things. You have a gift. You have something to offer (1 Peter 4:10).
Ways to get involved
Greeting
This ministry is made up of two groups of greeting teams that alternate weeks of service. Greeters serve to welcome and assist guest into the church, direct new attenders, usher, and secure the building.
Kidz Corner
Kidz corner is the children's ministry here at Cornerstone. This team is made up of teachers and volunteers who minister to the kids elementary age and below. These leaders alternate weeks and engage the children in kid friendly worship and teaching during Sunday School and morning worship.
Lead a Small Group
This team is made up of teachers who lead the adult and youth small groups on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.
Worship
The worship team is made up of a band and praise team. They lead worship during our 11AM service on Sundays and on special events throughout the year.
Media
Our media team serves to provide visuals during worship services, play and record video, control lighting, run the church sign and manage the website.
Grounds
The grounds team provides property and yard maintenance as well as weekly indoor cleaning for the church.
Outreach
God calls us all ministers because we are all called to serve. We are called to reach out to the world around us sharing the love and compassion of Christ. Here are a few outreaches within the church you can get involved in.
